These terms govern your use of blackwateroutdoorjourneys.com, operated by Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LLC of Saint George, Georgia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The films, river guides, and other content on this site are for general information and planning purposes. Rivers, water levels, and conditions change — always check current conditions and use your own judgment before any trip. Nothing on this site is a substitute for your own trip planning, permits, or safety preparation.
Merchandise sold through the Blackwater Store is made to order and produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, once you place an order. Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow extra time for production before it ships, on top of shipping transit time.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we don't receive or store your full card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded.
Because store items are made to order, we're not able to accept returns for a simple change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
We ship to the addresses accepted at checkout. You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
The Blackwater Outdoor Journeys name, logo, film content, and site content are the property of Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LLC. You're welcome to share links to our content; please don't reproduce our films, writing, or branding elsewhere without asking first.
Don't use this site to do anything illegal, to attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or to interfere with how it works for other visitors.
This site and the products sold on it are provided "as is." Outdoor travel, including canoeing and camping on the rivers featured on this site, carries inherent risk. Blackwater Outdoor Journeys LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your own use of the information on this site or your own outdoor trips. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a store purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
